Attn: We are improving the air flow of these filters by adding more media. They will still have a MERV 12 rating, but lower pressure drop, so that will reduce static pressure in your HVAC system. Alpha-Stat Filters come in many sizes.The Alpha-Stat's ability to capture submicron or breathable particles not only protects equipment but the fragile human lungs. Framed filters work well in in forced air furnaces, air conditoning systems, or anywhere a framed HVAC filter is required. Unframed media is excellent for use in window or wall type air conditioning units. Now rated at MERV 12 with low presssure drop, so you get the best air quality for your home, office, school, or hospital. The electrostatic charge on the media, coupled with the mechanical filtration offers the best indoor air quality. Capable of removing dust,bacteria,mold,spores,mites,asbestos,smoke, pollen, and many other allergens. Any custom size available (minimum order of 12). Wide variety of sizes available.

| Aerostar Merv8 Pleated Filters On the Aerostar Series 400 Merv 8 Pleated Air Filter, the media is bonded to a metal grid on the air-exiting side, preventing fluttering, and maintaining uniformity of the pleats. Filter material is 100% synthetic to achieve exceptionally high efficiency with low air flow resistance. These filters come in STANDARD capcity pleats, 1", 2" & 4" thickness with many stock sizes available. Please see the drop down box after using "Order Now"button, for sizes & prices. (This does not create an order until you complete that process).
High Capacity pleats now availabe in a MERV 10 rating.

Pleated Filters The Aerostar NOVA pleat MERV6 is a 100% metal free design. It's extremely durable, and is engineered with premium materials, eliminating the need for a metal support grid. The new square pleat tip design provides increased surface contact and added rigidity. The center support strut adds tremendous strength to the frame producing tough, rigid filter suitable for long life applications. Filters must be purchased in packages of 12.
